Complex and subtle, floral and herbal characteristics. Notes of lemon, mint, green tea and slight melon. Brewing characteristics closely resemble that of its parent, Czech Saaz. Has a lemony-citrus aroma for late kettle additions or dry hopping. Typical Beer Styles: Lager. Typical Alpha Acid: 5.6% - 7.3%. Packaged in nitrogen flushed, oxygen barrier mylar-foil bag.
