Gelatin Finings clears beer and wine by causing the particles to coagulate and settle. It can also reduce astringency by removing tannin. Use 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons for beer, 1 teaspoon per 6 gallons for wine. Size: 1 oz. Gelatin Finings can take up to 2 weeks to clear a beer or wine.
