Although technically a seed, organic kaniwa is a tasty and nutritious addition to any meal. Kaniwa is easy-to-digest and naturally contains no gluten. Try kaniwa in place of oatmeal for breakfast or as a rice replacement at lunch or dinner. To cook, mix 1 part organic kaniwa with 2 parts water and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
