Vintner's Autolyzed Yeast Nutrient is an autolyzed yeast nutrient with a high content of organic nitrogen (amino acids). It is formulated without DAP. Use in conjunction with DAP or ammonia salts to supplement wine must fermentation at the maximum ration of 25g/liter. This is NOT a substitute for Yeast Energizer, Fermaid K or Superfood.
