Crystal hops are a newer variety with fine Hallertau character. The spiciness (cinnamon, black pepper and nutmeg) of this hop is its trademark. A very clean aroma hop that produces a mild, floral and spicy aroma. Can be used in a variety of beer styles, including: Lagers, Kolsch, ESB, Pilsners, Pale Ales, IPAs, and Belgian Ales. Typical Alpha acid: 3.5% - 5.5%. Packaged in nitrogen flushed, oxygen barrier mylar-foil bag.
