After hotfill, is it recommended to use shrink wrap on the plastic caps?
Mar 3, 2023, 07:21:52 PMCompletely personal preference. Although they may possibly add some type of reinforcement, the metal caps with plastisol are meant for canning purposes as to provide a complete seal when using "hot fill." The shrink wraps are more for appearance and "fresh" aesthetic.
