i recently ordered 5 dozen bottles of amazon and each box had a broken bottle and i don’t want to return my order but would like the bottles replaced i cannot get ahold of amazon unless i return every box and i don’t want to do that thank you , james foster

I recently purchased your 8 ounce syrup bottles with the metal caps is it necessary to sterilize The caps? And if so is it possible to put the caps in the dishwasher with the bottles? Thank you
