This FastFerment Collection Ball is part of the revolutionary FastFerment fermentation system, which features a 1" ball valve mechanism that reduces your homebrew beer and wine's contact with yeast and sediment by 99%. When fermentation is complete, the ball valve can be closed, and this collection ball containing the sediment can be removed.Having a spare collection ball on hand will allow you to harvest your yeast for repeat brewing. The collection ball can be capped, and it's flat bottom design allows it to be easily stored in the refrigerator for later use.
