"Glycerine" This is a thickening essence and does NOT include any alcohol! All of our Liquor Quik Prestige Series essences are considered Black Label quality. They are produced using imported European 100% natural extracts, essential oils, fine spirit ethanol and propylene glycol. The "Black Label" superior taste of our essences will be clearly evident to most clients when flavoring with neutral alcohol, vodka or alcohol produced from our premium Liquor Quik branded turbo yeasts. Instructions: Use as directed in various food and beverage recipes to increase the viscosity (mouth feel) and sweetness in home made liqueurs, fortified wines, syrups, baked goods, desserts, confectionary and ice creams.
