Rice Syrup Solids are used to add alcohol, rice flavor and fermentable sugars, dry the finish and lighten the body of beers. Adds gravity without impacting color or flavor. You add them to the boil at the same time as your malt extract. This is the ingredient used in many American lagers, such as the "King" of beers. Use up to 15% for American or Japanese-style light lagers. Commonly used in Gluten Free Ales.
