For complex beers with fruity, woody and slight acidic characters
Recommended for very high density worts allowing a level of alcohol until 17 ABV
Rehydrate the yeast before use: Sprinkle it in minimum 10 times its weight of water at 77F - 95F. Leave to rest 15-30 mins, then stir gently.
